Concrete chimney collar and conical production machine up to Ø1200mm diameter and 600mm length, including Ø620mm conical top; Product output takes 8 minutes in average. The molds attached to the locked table are vibrated by vibrators. The mortar, conveyed from the feeding bunker through a belt, is pressed with a hydraulic cylinder from above and plastered with a right-left moving reducer system. The machine is manually controlled and 20 kW total energy is needed.
