Base element machine up to Ø800mm Ø1200mm diameter and 1000mm height; Product output takes 20 minutes in average. The molds attached to the locked table are vibrated by the vibration table. The mortar, fed from the feeding bunker throug the belt, is filled between the inner and outer molds, and at the end of the filling process, the outer mold and the product are turned upside down and left on the pallet. The machine is manually controlled and 12 kW total energy is needed.
